Area and local subcommittee contacts
Find service meetings in your local area
The area committee is the primary means by which the services of a local NA community are administered. The area committee is composed of group service representatives (GSR's), administrative officers (chairperson, vice chairperson, secretary, treasurer), subcommittee chairpersons, and the area's regional committee members (RCM's). Area's are accountable to our groups and our members.
Events
The Event Coordinator is responsible for moderating all events that are added to our website. The event coordinator is accountable to the Website committee.

UKNA Helpline Committee
Service Positions Currently Available
The Helpline committee is responsible for answering our helpline. They ensure all shifts are covered so that an addict, family member, member of the public or professional has someone to talk to and to signpost them to other services within NA. Helpline committee is accountable to Comms.
UKNA Hospitals & Institutions Committee
Service Positions Currently Available
The Hospitals & Institutions committee, also known as H&I, are responsible for carrying the message of NA into hospitals and institutions that are unable to attend meetings outside of their facility, e.g. prison, mental health unit etc.. H&I committee is accountable to Region.
UKNA Fellowship Development Committee

The Fellowship Development committee, also known as FD, is responsible for helping us to help our fellowship grow in accordance with our needs. The FD committee is accountable to Region.
UKNA Prison Sponsorship Committee

The UKNA Prison Sponsorship committee is responsible for matching prisoners wanting a sponsor with a sponsor. Prison Sponsorship committee is accountable to Region.
UKNA Communications Committee

The Communications committee, also known as Comms, oversees the Website Committee, the Helpline Committee, the Share Review committee and the Online Outreach Meeting committee. Comms is accountable to Region.
UK Regional Service Committee
Service Positions Currently Available
The RSC is a forum where Area Service Committees (ASCs) can interact with each other and with subcommittees of the RSC. This is done through the Regional Committee Members (RCMs), who represent the different Areas in the UK. Region is accountable to the UK Fellowship.
Meetings
The Meeting Coordinator is responsible for moderating all meetings that are added to our website. The meeting coordinator is accountable to the Website committee.

UKNA Website Committee

The Website committee is responsible for maintaining our website, moderating event and meeting listings and maintaining the 12 step list. They are also able to allocate ukna.org email addresses for those doing service within NA and can also provide cloud storage for ASC's and committees. Website committee is accountable to Comms.
UKNA Public Information Committee

The Public Information committee, also known as PI/PR, is responsible for getting the message of NA out to the public and professionals. We are not secret, just anonymous. PI committee is accountable to Region.
UKNA Share Review Committee

The Share Review committee is responsible for reviewing any recorded shares that are submitted from local or national events, with a view to adding them to the Audio Share section of the website so that other members may hear them. Share Review committee is accountable to Comms.
UKNA Convention Committee

The Convention committee, also known as UKCNA, is responsible for putting on the UK convention, in the Summer of every year, and any fundraisers for the convention. Convention committee is accountable to Region.
